Experienced NNP Needed in Alaska

EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY in scenic South Central Alaska for experienced NNPs to work in a prominent tertiary care center with a 47 bed Level III NICU which is part of the Children's Hospital. Experience with transport, delivery room attendance, resuscitation, and the management of surgical and acutely ill chronic patients is helpful as the NNPs provide air and ground transport to rural Alaskan communities as well as other states in the Pacific NW. Full-time position; rotating variable shifts (24s and 10-hr); competitive salary. The NNPs are involved in education, consultation and research as the NICU offers family centered care with a great emphasis on integrating the family into the child's care. The NNPs provide patient management, attend high-risk deliveries and participate in the above mentioned transport. The hospital is located in a beautiful city which offers cultural activities, good schools as well as outdoor activities. It is near a world class ski resort as well as hiking and biking trails and an abundance of water for fishing. Salary is based upon all nursing experience and the relocation package is negotiable. A LOVE OF TRANSPORT IS A PLUS! MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE-NO TRAVELERS.
