NNP Coordinator Needed in Maryland

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION?
A hospital with a 25-bed level IIIB NICU needs a NNP COORDINATOR for their NNP team. The Coordinator will spend 50% of time supervising and providing administrative oversight to a team of NNPs. As the team leader the Coordinator provides daily management of personnel issues such as performance management and staffing. The other 50% of the Coordinator's time will be spent providing clinical care.
12-hour day shifts.
MSN CANDIDATES ONLY WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS NNP EXPERIENCE.
Salary will be based upon experience.
