Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager

Nurse Manager for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is responsible for:
• The patient care systems and structures that promote the provision of excellent clinical nursing care.
• Management oversight of all nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Provision of leadership for the daily operations.
• Partnership with physician colleagues in the Division of Neonatology and Department of Surgery to promote excellent patient outcomes.
• Active participation in the Department of Nursing leadership team.
About the NICU:
• 75 beds
• 300+ Employees
• Consistently rated one of the top Neonatology programs in the nation.
• Approximately 900 admissions per year.
• Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) program.
Qualifications:
• At least two (2) years prior NICU management or leadership experience required.
• At least five (5) years clinical RN experience.
• BSN
• Masters (MSN, MBA, MHA, etc.)
